Our Fees
**There are
no charges for the initial phone assessment.**
The fee schedules for all
other services are as follows:
$ 700 –
Individual assessment in the home, evaluation, development of
care plan, referral to appropriate community resources and
arrangement of these needed services. ($1,000 for a couple)
$ 90 per hour
– for all other services billed in 10 minute increments.
*There is a
one hour monthly minimum for our services.
