"Calming the Storm" - Presentation by Theresa Farling, MSW, with Aging Care Advocates, Inc.

This hour-long presentation for professionals provides education on the psycho-dynamics of behavior during crisis, de-escalating heightened emotions, identifying stressors, and developing an action-plan through consensus. The format includes lecture, experiential learning, and group work. SOCIAL WORKERS AND GUARDIANS HAVE BEEN APPROVED TO EARN 1 CEU WITH THIS PROGRAM.
